萊雷灣度假及水療中心酒店 (Railay Bay Resort & Spa)

Отличный отель,не новый,номер старый,но все работало,в т.ч. русские каналы) Персонал как везде великолепен. С кондиционером все ок,но ещё нигде не получилось настроить его работу ночью,чтоб и не было жарко и холодно.Завтраки были разнообразные за те 2 дня что были.Обезьян не было около домика,туканы утром прилетают.

房間空間很大，環境優美，位於花園中，像置身於熱帶雨林中。房間清潔，舒適，送了水果和薯片、腰果、可樂、雪碧等零食和飲料，第一次住的酒店提供免費mini吧的。 酒店的餐廳和泳池是一排一座的海景位，非常愜意。酒店到步行街也很近，從餐廳走過去3分鐘即可。 酒店提供的出遊項目與街上的價格差不多，品質更有保障。日出和日落都更美，方便在東西萊利海灘看，很方便。 需要注意：有行李的客人去酒店要從奧南毛（mao）碼頭出發，一天四班9點、11點、13點和15點（可能會變化），到了毛碼頭去酒店接待處（在碼頭的停車場內）。酒店會安排長尾船。酒店退房後，也要乘酒店的安排的長尾船，價格是一樣的，完全是5星級服務。

The room was totally different from the selling pictures, with many defects. I was also very surprised when a staff came to refill the minibar after I had already checked in. It felt like the room wasn’t ready, as the minibar should have been fully set up before my arrival. When I pointed out that the room cleanliness was not good and showed her specific spots, she simply replied that it was NORMAL and nothing more could be done. I was very disappointed with this response, especially since she was a housekeeper and acted as though cleanliness was not important. After that, I was offered to move to another room, but unfortunately, it was in the same poor condition as the first one. I didn’t want to complain again and lazy to move again and again , but honestly, for a resort that charges 5-star prices, I expected much better service. Once a guest complains about a room, the staff should inspect the new room before offering it, to make sure the same problems don’t happen again. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here. Later, in the evening, I asked a male staff member at the pool bar to call a buggy car for me to return to my room. Instead of assisting, he just pointed with his finger toward the abandon reception and told me to ask there. When I went to check, the reception was empty with no one around. As a result, I had to walk back to my room on my own. This lack of service was extremely disappointing.

我們淡季來住酒店説房價是平時的一半，酒店風景很好，攀巖館支持五歲孩子體驗攀巖，適閤家庭旅行，玩水攀巖都能滿足，坐船十分鐘去到喀比主島也很方便，不出海灘也有很多食物選擇和活動體驗。總之還會再來。

พนักงานไม่แจ้งเรื่องการจองเรือกลับเลย คิดว่าจะมีเรือกลับตลอด พอตอนเที่ยงไปเช็คเอ้า แจ้งว่าเรือออกไปแล้ว มีเรืออีกที5โมง ประสบการณ์ที่โคตรแย่ เพราะเป็นโรงแรมที่ต้องนัางเรือเข้าไปควรจะแจ้งผู้เข้าพักว่าต้องจองเรือด้วย ทางเราไปครั้งแรก เลยไม่ทราบ จึงต้องเหมาเรือส่วนตัวเพื่อออกจากโรงแรม สภาพห้องน้ำเก่ามาก

酒店性價比很高，房間非常乾淨，服務也很周到，下次還會再選擇這裡的，餐廳的餐非常好，白天海邊會有一些跳島來遊玩的旅客所以人比較多，海邊娛樂項目也不錯，沿著酒店海灘邊上有一條超極酷的步行街，特別棒👍🏻

휴양지리조트로 최고중 한곳입니다. 돌아가면 종종 기억으로 날것 같네요. 라일레이베이리조트 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다.

The bungalow was a good size and had a nice bath. But it needed some refurbishing and it was a long walk from the front of the hotel, in fact almost by the East Beach. And there are no hotel facilities by the East Beach. The walk included a long stretch with aircon units and little shade (see the photo). The buffet breakfast was very good. stated prices for food and drink had 17% added to them for tax and service.

Amazing stay as always. Perfection. The weather, the service, room and general amenities were excellent.

Приезжаем в этот отель второй раз, потому что он в самом красивом месте на Краби. Шикарные завтраки с видом на скалы на самом красивом пляже Тайланда ❤️❤️❤️. В целом, отель хороший, но достаточно изношен. Мы бронировали приватный коттедж и в начале нас заселили в домик на улице, самой дальней от пляжа. Он явно требовал ремонта. После высказанных недовольств, нас переселили в такой же , только после косметического ремонта. В отеле всю ночь скачут по крыше обезьяны, поэтому с маленькими детьми, которые ругаются, берите первый этаж. Вещи оставлять на улице нельзя - унесут. Но они не подходят к людям и по крышам и деревьям передвигаются, по-этому не бойтесь.
